About Us

Christine "CC" Cabantog-Cirineo, Founder & CEO 

With over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across finance, BPO, and training, CC has built and led high-impact learning organizations that thrive in complex, customer-centric environments. As a Global Leadership Learning Facilitator, she has delivered leadership and management development programs across Asia and the United States, with an approach that is pragmatic, rooted in real-world operational challenges, and focused on translating leadership behaviors into measurable results.

She holds a degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines Cavite and a diploma in Human Resources Management from San Beda College, along with international certifications in Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Compensation Management, and Human Resource Planning.

Beyond her professional work, CC founded the Youth Empowerment Session (YES) initiative, supporting learning and development among underserved youth communities, and is a committed advocate for Filipino representation on the global stage and for women's leadership empowerment.
